Jason is a lifelong, third generation, born and raised Calgarian. He became licensed in 2006 and has been working full time in the Calgary real estate market ever since. In 2009 Jason started his own brokerage, Coldwell Banker Home Smart Real Estate. Focusing on residential real estate, Jason has consistently achieved award level production no matter what the prevailing marketing conditions. He finds a way to get the job done! Heavily involved in corporate relocation for the past 10+ years, Jason is always moving someone in or out of Calgary from all corners of the globe.

Odell has been a full time licensed Realtor since 2006 and has become a master negotiator and business building strategist. Odell is proud to say that he is a salesman first and feels that is what is needed to best serve the home sellers he works for. Inducted into the MLS Million Dollar Club in 2010, Odell has proven his high performance skills to his partnership and brokerage, but to the entire Calgary area Real Estate Community.
